PARK HYATT KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA

Occupying the 2nd tallest building in the world, we developed an urban integrated wellness center on 99th floor which a wellness dedicated floor. The hotel is located on top high-end offices across 75 floors and their occupants will be our main target market along with residents from the nearby upper-scale residences.
The wellness space occupies approximately 2,800sqm. We drew the concept from Malaysia’s traditional long houses as a place of residence for several families and incorporating local features, in-line with Park Hyatt’s notion of offering refined residential-inspired luxury experiences in top-tier cultural destination. We take the advantage of being of one of highest wellness center in the world by placing our female and male wellness experience zones by the glass façade, where guests can see the Kuala Lumpur’s skyline while immersing into the vitality pool or unwind inside the glass-encased Himalayan salt alcove.
Our infinity swimming pool is also located by the glass façade as well with a whirlpool adjacent to it. We include wellness lounge instead of the usual reception for more interactive engagement with guests. The gym will include a training space where we can conduct HIIT and other functional classes and movement studio for AM/PM group classes.

All-inclusive luxury spa villas invite the guests to immerse in natural surroundings with peaceful sound of water and nature to provide a tranquility escape. We developed a personalize treatments using organic ingredients.
A unique spa experience focuses on wellness and wellbeing, delivered by gifted spa therapists and incorporating both organic and cutting-edge products for unparalleled result.
The lavish wet area provides an oasis for guests to relax and unwind inside the cocoon of aromatherapy steam bath, salt sauna and be invigorated in the vitality pool.

THE LUXURY COLLECTION LABUAN BAJO, INDONESIA
Development period: 2022 – 2025
Inspired by the rich Manggarai culture and our desire to pay a homage to the origin of its language, Mosedi’a was created. This name will also serve as our spa DNA, weaves around the spa design intent, design hallmarks, facilities, core philosophy, spa ritual, product and treatment development, ritual and treatment delivery. Our vision is no guest should step out of the spa without feeling better than when they step in. Mosedi’a service offering allow the guests to savor every little bit of indulgence to restore the joie de vivre– the joy of life! We incorporate local healing ritual and restorative power from the locally sourced ingredients to ensure the sustainability and giving back to the community.
Nestled in a secluded space of The Luxury Collection Labuan Bajo, guests will find a wellness sanctuary, Mosedi’a. Inspired in the UNESCO award-winning site, Wae Rebo and unique features from the surrounding area, the spa was developed to provide an oasis where guests are spoilt by curated well-being enhancement packages and programs, pampering therapies and aesthetic offerings.

Located in Jakarta’s central business district and surrounded by affluent residential area, we develop an urban wellness retreat which sprawls over 2 floors with luxurious treatment suites, extensive wet area that includes Vitality Pool, Salt Inhalation Chamber, Aromatherapy Steam Bath, Experience Shower with Glacier Mist and Ice Fountain.
The service menu is designed based on Indonesia’s rich tradition and we teamed-up with local wellness practitioners to create signature therapies and products. The menu will be infused with advanced technology with wellness programming to fulfil the demand from local residents. The residence will also have its own wellness space including wet area, treatment zone, gym and lap pool.

THE RITZ-CARLTON NUSA DUA SAWANGAN, BALI, INDONESIA

The award-winning The Spa at Ritz-Carlton Bali, a 12,000sqm destination spa with 4 villas, 10 treatment rooms, outdoor Hydro-Vitale Pool, Balinese bathing pool, comprehensive female and male wet area, hair salon and nail bar, fitness center and movement studio
The architectural concept was inspired by the lost city of Petra in Jordan and the spa was literally carved under the hill.
Honoring the Hindu and Balinese ancient wisdom of TRI HITA KARANA, which can be translated as keeping the harmony and balance between human to God(s), human to human and human to environment– this inspiring philosophy will be applied into architectural design, interior and space planning to enhance the overall ambience, which eventually lead to improvements of one’s somatic health and well-being.

RADISSON BLU CAT THAM, VIETNAM
Development period: 2019 – ON PROGRESS
A destination wellness retreat over 32,000sqm located at the biggest resort complex in Vietnam, we have completed the concept development and currently working on the layout development. The retreat will have 2 treatment sections, above the sea and on beach front. The main building architectural concept was taken from the Lotus, the national flower of Vietnam, surrounded by vast reflecting pool that gives the floating effect.
The building includes wellness café with open kitchen to conduct cooking classes and female and male experience zones with Rassoul where guest can apply the mineral-rich Thap Ba mud and relax within its enclosure, vitality pool overlooking the lotus pond and lush garden with glass window which can be open during summer to invite the outdoor elements in, together movement studio which also serves as multi function space to conduct various wellness activities such art therapy, music therapy, aromatherapy and self-healing classes, meditation and mindfulness, and many more. We also place several individual pods called Solitude Space around the landscape garden to conduct personal coaching and for guests who wish to have a quiet moment by themselves. The Terra and Mare Suites will include a courtyard in the middle for dipping pool, outdoor shower and pre/post treatment ritual lounge.

HYATT REGENCY HO TRAM, VIETNAM

Serein Spa by Hyatt Regency Ho Tram is designed and developed based on the distinct elements its surrounding to invite guests to commune with nature. The main inspiration for retreat concept is taken from Binh Chai Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve, rich in bio-diversities including plants and herbs which can be extracted as base products for various therapies, unique features such as hot spring and tranquil landscape.
We use the forest reserve as the main concept platform and ‘tweak’ its unique features into various elements for the retreat, ranging from detoxifying and wellness programs, signature and rejuvenating therapies, aesthetic offering, product development, landscape and interior, then imbue it with cutting edge technology inline with future trend, while maintaining the sustainability.
The highlight of our spa offering is various retreats ranging from 3-14 days such as detox, rejuvenation, recovery and immunity booster.

An urban wellness center located on a dedicated wellness floor on level 29, the 1st of its kind in Kuala Lumpur, inspired by Borneo rainforest. The ceiling was translated from the foliage while the corridor was designed to mimic the canopy walk, giving the effect of a forest walk as you goaroundthe center.
We include comprehensive wellness facilities ranging for with infinity pool, outdoor vitality pool being the highest in the city, extensive female and male hydro-thermal space , gym and training space for functional classes such HIIT and multi-function room which can be converted into a movement studio and to conduct various wellness activities.

W HOTEL KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA

We developed a FUTURISTIC URBAN REFUGE– as opposed to the conventional spa concept, offering a completely different experience from other spas in Malaysia. Instead of the usual reception desk, we have a bar counter, showcasing spa products, where mixologist (therapist) invite the guests to sample, pick and create their own treatment elixirs and concoctions that creates a better interaction with guests, inline with future spa trend of hyper-personalized beauty regimes. The hotels located in the heart of nightlife area therefore we incorporate the vibrancy and pulse of the hour into the spa through interior, lighting and features.
In line with the spa core philosophy of DETOX and REFUEL we incorporated the detox facilities within the wet area and well-equipped treatment rooms. We include a nail bar adjacent to the reception area with pedicure ‘capsules’ to complement the aesthetic requirements, while still retaining the futuristic concept.

Away Spa by W Resort Relaxing Rainforest Sanctuary– juxtaposed to the fast-paced, hustle and bustle of Singapore’s lifestyles. The spa core philosophy is Detox & Refuel which were translated into an array of comprehensive facilities such as Rain Pod Shower, Vitality Pool, Herbal Pool and Resonance Room with floatation bed, all are used for detoxifying therapies.
The spa menu was designed to revolve around these 2 notions, along with aesthetic elements by incorporating 2 beauty rooms for face and nail treatments.

MOVENPICK KUREDHIVARU, MALDIVES
Development period: 2018 – 2020
We developed a boutique wellness retreat with over-the-water spa chalets which were designed with glass flooring to allow the guests to see colorful marine life while having a treatment, outdoor spa bath overlooking the Indian ocean, meditation sala surrounded by mangrove forest and floating wellness studio above the ocean.
To meet the market demand, Sun Spa offers wellness retreat program, marine-based therapies and sun treatments ranging from skin tanning to skin soothing as well as dedicated kid spa menu which was very well-received.
